Patricia (Gasser) Borgan, 86, passed away March 3rd at the Evans Home in Cresco following a massive stroke a few days earlier.
Patsy was married to Gaylord Borgan and was the sister of the late Ray Gasser, Barbara Jones, and Shirley Shultz.
