Upper Iowa Beef to be New Name
While the legal name will remain Lime Springs Beef, LLC, the company will do business under the name Upper Iowa Beef.
This will better reflect the regional nature of the business, both with regard to producers and customers.

This week’s Cresco Times Plain Dealer included a one-page insert advertising job fairs on August 27 and 29.
The ad states, “We are looking to fill positions throughout the plant as well as office support staff.”
Upper Iowa Beef to Open in October
Michael Spinks, General Manager, reported to the Lime Springs City Council that they were planning an early October start date.
This will be a long-awaited event for our town and the supporters of Lime Springs Beef!
