Yesterday we were planning to go visit our friends, the Yeomans. They’re the folks who produced the videos of the last two LSHS reunions.
Rhubarb dessert!
Before we left home, Mary called and asked, “Would Pat like some rhubarb?”
I took the liberty of answering without even consulting Pat. “YES!”
Two stalks produced the 2 1/2 cups of cut-up rhubarb required for this.
Doesn’t it look delicious?!
