“Pete” Gasser Passed Away

By kaw / 12 years ago

Alberta “Pete” Gasser, 75, died Monday after an illness of several months.

Pete and Ray lived in the W.C. Brown home for decades, until moving a few years ago. They always kept it looking “like a million bucks”—quite appropriate considering the history of the house.

She was “adopted” by Lime Springs, and vice versa, after she married Ray and the made their home in LS. She was a very active member of the community. She was often seen volunteering where there was work to be done!

Services will be Saturday, September 10, at the Lime Springs United Methodist Church at 10:30. Visitation will be the same place on Friday, between 4 and 6.

No obiturary is available now. However, one will be published in the Lime Springs Herald next week.
