We’re spending two nights near Talkeetna, Alaska. We’re at Princess McKinley Lodge which is about 40 miles from McKinley.
Today it is super visible, with only enough clouds to make pictures look great. We’re just sitting out on the deck, relaxing and enjoying the view. Very unstrenuous! But I guess it’ll be OK for an afternoon.
Tomorrow afternoon we’ll board the train again and go to Whittier where we’ll board a cruise ship to Vancouver. We get there the 31st and fly back to Cedar Rapids the same day.
