Sweet Corn Days Parade
Due to popular demand*, I’m showing a picture of the Grand Marshalls in the Sweet Corn Days parade. Actually, it’s better than a picture; it’s a video taken by our granddaugher, Stephanie.
Mark, Stephanie, plus and especially Molly and Leah, love to come to Lime Springs for the Sweet Corn Days Parade and, yes, sweet corn! Oh, and by the way, they can see their grandparents, too.
Pat and I Were Grand Marshalls
For those unaware, Pat and I were honored to be asked to serve as Grand Marshalls this year. We were shocked when asked! But we accepted and tried to be gracious Marshalls. We even got to lead Mayor Barb Robinson in the parade!
Allen Mensink provided the ride in his neat Mustang convertible. Thanks, Allen!
* Well, one person did ask for a picture!
