Win $20.00 in our First Contest

Last week I received one of those emails I love to get. It was from a former Lime Springer who is a regular reader of The Lime Springs Page.

But here’s the good news, directly from the email:

“I recently had an occasion to look at old photos. Came across a xxxxxxxxxxx group photo.

Don’t know if you can do this, but I would award $20 to the first person to identify the names of all 20 individuals correctly. What do you think?”

We can do it and it sounds like a great idea! Here we go:

Who’s in the picture?

1. Name all 20 individuals by position (by row, left to right.) First one to do so wins $20 from the initiator.
2. A random drawing will be held of all entrants who have at least one individual named correctly. (Naming the initiator, who may be revealed, does not count.) $10 to this winner. (Only one prize per household.)
3. If there is no “grand prize winner” (Rule 1), the entrant with the most correct answers wins $10. Again, these indentifications must be by position.
4. The contest ends at midnight, CST, November 28, or earlier. No winners will be announced before November 14 so that more people can enter.
5. If there is not a winner by November 14, hints may start to appear on this page!
6. To enter, one must be Registered on this site. To register, click  on “Create an account” at the bottom of the left column. Then sign in and click on “Write Comment” at the bottom of this article. Your entry will be published after approval but with the names of your guesses removed. (This is so those who follow can not benefit from your knowledge. In a high-stakes game like this, one can’t be too careful!) You may include other comments in your entry.
7. All rules are interpreted and possibly changed by the Administrator of this site. But he’ll try to be fair!
