Robert Moore, 1928-2014
I’m sorry to report the passing of a friend whom I met just over one month ago. Robert (Bob) Moore of Fredericksburg passed away Monday.
Bob married Myrna Laue of Lime Springs. The Moores, Pat and I, plus Ray Gasser and Rita Jones attended the funeral of Del Laue, wife of Don, in June. That’s where we met Bob.
Bob served as Postmaster in Elgin for years and later in Fredericksburg. They lived in Fredericksburg.
Our sympathy to Myrna and their family. It was our good fortune to have lunch with you two just over a month ago.
