Oh, it &#8220;worked&#8221; but was inconvenient to have to do the work-around each time. The result was predictable: I didn&#8217;t use it much.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, a month or so ago, I had it fixed and it works like a new one. (It&#8217;s a Canon Rebel XSi, in case anyone is interested.) I love it! In fact, I love it so much that I am now lusting over a Canon T4i, but I&#8217;m trying to wait until income from internet marketing can support such an expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>Today I went for a walk around the block, camera in hand.
