The Day of the Huge Mess<\/h2>\n

Today is our last full day here in Cedar Rapids. The plan is to bring the trailer over to the condo tomorrow morning, load it, and head for Mission, Texas.<\/p>\n

Today we’ll be amassing everything we’ll need to take along near the front door. Well, almost everything we need. It seems there is always something we forget. But they do have stores in Texas, so usually it’s not the end of the world.<\/p>\n

The result is that our home looks like a disaster area by the end of this day. It’s a huge mess!<\/p>\n

We expect to be settled into our spot by Friday night.<\/p>\n

We’ve already been invited to supper Friday by our next-door neighbor, Lila (Goetsch). The Helms and Gary Goetsches are planning a “Bonair welcome” for us, as all of us grew up in the Bonair area<\/a>. Lila calls our area of the RV park\u00a0“the Bonair corner.”<\/p>\n
