A few days ago, Jake Peter hit a grand-slam home run for his team, the Charlotte Knights.
I’ve mentioned Jake before, even though I’ve never met him—or his parents, for that matter. However, his connection to Lime Springs makes me think that readers of The Lime Springs Page will find his baseball career interesting.
Most of us know Jake’s grandparents, Marian and the late Lloyd Peter. Jake is Win’s son.
