Remember the unique scooter which David Kemmer rode in parades? The one with the large rear wheel whose hub was off center?
I had remembered it, then saw some video about it today on American Pickers! It was called the Ingo Bike.
I viewed it as a rather large scooter, but I guess many call it a “bouncy bike.” Makes sense to me.
